Faulty or Damaged Product Warranty Basics:

"As you are buying a product in Australia you are covered by Australian Consumer Laws unlike if you buy direct from overseas."

We warrant all out materials sold against any defects from manufacturing and any damage due to delivery, your material should arrive undamaged, sealed and with some basic helpful advice on how to get the most from it.  Warranty claims are simple.

  1. Send an eMail with the claim details and image to show the problem.
  2. We anticipate that approval should take 1 day, with refund or replacement to follow. Material return may or may not be requested prior to refund or replacement. 

refunds will not include any shipping or other costs. Torwell3d.com.au or dnk systems take no responsibility for any costs incurred by the customer.
